Hyde Park has been home to President Barack Obama, Muhammad Ali and still home to the University of Chicago.  Hyde Park offers artistic and cultural destinations such as the Museum of Science and Industry.  The University of Chicago has played a big role in the transformation of this former South Side neighborhood.  With its close proximity to Lake Michigan it's a favorite spot for picnickers and dog walkers alike.
