The Logan Square neighborhood is known for it's mansion-lined residential streets along with it's bustling commercial districts.  The flower and tree lined streets are known for being well kept, and the neighborhood maintains it's old world prosperity.  You can see the beautiful mansions at the Historic Mansion Housewalk held every September, and you can sample the culinary diversity at the Taste of Logan Square held every August.

Logan Square offers relatively inexpensive housing and rentals, making this a favorite for students, artists and working class citizens. The neighborhood is easily accessible via CTA's bus lines and the Blue Line, as well as the Kennedy Expressway which runs through it's northern tip.
